Mining Opportunities
HCI maintains a list of available precious metal producing mines located within the USA. These mines will have standard 43-101 investment reviews and/or geologic reviews with verified sampling. In all cases full due diligence will be performed for our customers before the purchase of any asset. We always welcome outside verification of our findings.

Operations Management
Operational Management of your mine asset is the single most important decision you will make in the optimization of your mine. HCI is a one stop shop for all your mining needs. Weather it’s an existing operation that needs optimization or a start up mine needing everything from permitting to processing, HCI is your go to source.
As part of the HCI approach, you will be provided with a written Operating Plan, this document is our operating guideline. HCI personnel will do a site assessment and testing to determine the best approach to operating your mine. HCI will identify all associated cost prior to entering an agreement.

Environmentally Conscious Solutions
HCI is an environmentally conscious company. We understand that the old ways of mining have left a negative environmental impact. HCI uses no caustic or hazardous chemicals in our mining operations. Any minerals that require chemical extraction are concentrated then shipped off site for final extraction.

If we find existing hazardous chemicals on a mine site from previous operations, HCI will implement a remediation plan that will allow us to neutralize and remediate the hazardous material present while implementing operations at the same time. Any previously identified issues will be documented before operations start.

When HCI leaves your site, any previously existing environmental issues will be left in better condition than we found it.

ABOUT
Hill Country Industries, Inc. was founded in 2018, but the history of the company started many years before that. Our core management team has been working independently and in collaboration with each other for the past several decades in various modalities of the energy sector. We have worked in the environmental sector doing remediation, worked as Geologist and Landmen, obtained permits, performed drilling, water management, and frac sand operations. We have also managed large projects ($500 million plus) and worked environmentally sensitive areas, all while dealing with local, state, and federal agencies.

Our management team has worked many large-scale projects together. Our management team has many years experience in Gold Mining and mineral extraction. Our Senior Geologist started his career as a gold mine Geologist in the Western United States. Our Chief Engineer worked Placer Mines in Alaska while it was under his family’s control. Our Landman has been working with the Bureau of Land Management for decades obtaining permits, determining mineral rights and right of ways. Its only in the last oil boom did we all move to energy production sector as did many others. Together our management team has 72 years of experience in Placer mining.

Hill Country Industries has the experience, knowledge and personnel to take your business to the next level.

NI 43-101
A NI 43-101 report is report required to show the viability of a mine site. This can be for precious metals or other minerals. The NI 43-101 is most commonly used to acquire funding to get the mine into production, it is also used for the monetization of the mine’s reserves or used to raise money to get the mine into production. The NI 43-101 must be specific in the Reserves it states and it must be “ACTUAL” not “PROBABLE”.

An ACTUAL NI 43-101 reserves report is reported to a specific depth to which the mine was tested, it must cover a multitude of information. This type of reserves report must have extensive core sampling done via drilling and the samples must be handled by an independent third party in the chain of custody. This is a very costly and in-depth process. The core samples can be kept for future review, especially if you intend to use the NI 43-101 for funding of other projects and may wish to repeat the process in the future.

A PROBALE NI 43-101 reserves report does not have the in-depth drilling and testing. This type of report “estimates” the TOTAL amount of minerals present, by using the values obtained from a few samplings, then multiplies this over the whole area of the mine. A Probable NI 43-101 is not acceptable to lending institutions and investors, as it is not a very accurate assessment of the mines “Actual” reserves.
As of 2025, we have found that most investors will also require proof of operation of the mine. HCI can also do this for our clients without full permitting under an “Exploration” Permit. We will process 1,000 tons of material off your mine to prove up the operating requirement.
HCI will facilitate an “ACTUAL” NI 43-101 RESERVES REPORTS for your mine(s). We will perform this work for “new” mines or upgrade a probable NI 43-101 reserves report that may have been performed. HCI can and will perform these reserves reports both domestically and internationally. We can work with the original Author of the NI 43-101 or you can use one of our Associated Geologist.
