Lindsay Delaney, CEO

 

Lindsay is responsible for all HCI Mine and Claim acquisitions, HCI Mine Site Permitting and "Mining Safety and Health Administration" (MSHA), protocol implementation, company oversight and governmental reporting.

 

Lindsay has over 35 years of experience in the energy and environmental industries. He is a Landman and Certified Right of Way Agent with degrees from The University of Texas in Economics and English. Lindsay has extensive management experience with heavy capital-intensive projects and logistics moving heavy equipment to remote locations, as well as, setting up operations in these areas. 

 

Lindsay has been working with the Bureau of Land Management for decades obtaining permits, determining mineral rights and right of ways as well as working with the Mining Safety and Health Administration (MSHA). Lindsay also has working knowledge in numerous states around the country and a deep understanding of their local and state laws regarding land and ownership rights.
